What we're looking for

Could your site be a good fit?

We're not restricting applications to any particular type of business. If you've got a well-positioned piece of land with good access and the basic utilities, we want to hear about it.

01

Around one parking space

We only need approximately one standard parking-space-sized area for the station.

02

Good vehicle access

The location should be straightforward for vans and other professional vehicles to enter, fill up and leave.

03

Mains water

The proposed location needs suitable access to a mains water supply.

04

Electricity

We'll need access to a suitable mains electricity supply near the proposed station location.

How it works

From spare space to working station.

We've kept the process straightforward. You provide the location. We assess it, install the station and keep it running.

STEP 01

STEP 02

We assess the location

We'll review access, available space, utilities and the local potential for a filling station.

STEP 03

Site survey & agreement

If the location looks promising, we'll discuss the proposal with you and arrange a site assessment.

STEP 04

Installation

Once everything is agreed, Standout Water arranges and covers the installation of the station.

STEP 05

Start earning rent

Once operational, the station provides local professionals with convenient pure water while your site generates rental income.

We offer £3,000 annual ground rent, equivalent to £250 per month, for suitable locations. VAT is added where applicable.

How much space does the station require?

Approximately one standard parking-space-sized area is sufficient for the station itself. We also consider safe and practical vehicle access when assessing a site.

Who can host a Standout Water station?

We're open to proposals from businesses, commercial property owners, landlords and private landowners. What matters most is whether the location, access and utilities are suitable.

What utilities are required?

The site needs access to mains water and electricity. We'll assess the practical connection requirements as part of the site evaluation.

Who pays for installation?

Standout Water covers the installation costs associated with putting our station onto an approved site.

Who maintains the station?

We do. Standout Water is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the filling station.

Do I need planning permission?

Our proposed station format is intended for sites where planning permission is not normally required. We will review the circumstances of each proposed location before installation.

Do I need to own the property?

Not necessarily, but you must either own the site or have the authority required to propose and approve the installation.
